Visit eastwestbank.com and click the "Login" or "Online Banking" button in the top navigation. You will be redirected to the FIS DirectLink portal at depositbridgeplus-eastwestbank.fisglobal.com. You can also use the "Sign In" button on this page to go there directly.

Enter Your Username
Type your East West Bank online banking Username in the first field. Your username was created when you enrolled for online banking. It is case-sensitive. If you have forgotten your username, use the "Forgot Username" link on the login page.

Enter Your Password
Type your Password in the second field. East West Bank passwords are case-sensitive and must meet the bank's security requirements. Click the eye icon to reveal your password if needed.

Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
East West Bank uses multi-factor authentication for account security. You may be asked to verify your identity via a one-time code sent to your registered phone number or email address. Enter the code when prompted.

Access Your Account Dashboard
After successful verification, you will be taken to your East West Bank account dashboard. From here you can view balances, transfer funds, pay bills, initiate international wires, download eStatements, and manage your accounts.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
Forgot Password
Click "Forgot Password" on the FIS login page. You will need to provide your Username and answer your security questions. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email. Alternatively, call customer service at 888-895-5650.
Account Locked
East West Bank accounts lock after multiple failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 30 minutes before trying again, or call 888-895-5650 to speak with a representative who can unlock your account immediately.
MFA Code Not Received
Check that your registered phone number or email address is correct. MFA codes expire after 10 minutes — request a new code if yours has expired. If you have changed your phone number, contact East West Bank at 888-895-5650 to update your contact information.
Browser or Technical Issues
Clear your browser cache and cookies. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge recommended). Disable browser extensions that may interfere with the login page. The East West Bank mobile app may also be used as an alternative to the web login.
